Q: What payment forms does FusionVoice accept?
A: Currently FusionVoice only accepts payments via paypal.
However if this is not possible for you to do we will accept
money orders on 3 month prepay only.
Q: What is the best way to receive support from FusionVoice?
A: Unlike other Ventrilo Service providers FusionVoice has a
multitude of ways to contact us. Please feel free to contact us
via the following methods. Our 1-800 Number, Aim, Email, and our
support desk.
Q: Are FusionVoice ventrilo servers public or private?
A: FusionVoice lets the client decided weather their server will
be public or private. By using our custom developed control
panel you can change you’re from private to public and vice
versa instantly.
Q: Where can I find out about server downtime or maintenance?
A: Whenever there is planned maintenance or in the very rare
case of an outage, FusionVoice will post an announcement on our
news page along with an update on our Announcements and Outages
forum.
Q: I just ordered a server, when will I receive my server
information?
A: FusionVoice works as hard as possible to setup your server as
quickly as possible. Our normal setup time is less than 12
hours. But setup may take longer if the correct information is
not sent when your order is placed.
Q: Does FusionVoice sponsor teams?
A: FusionVoice will only consider sponsoring CAL–M+ teams with
a stable history. If your clan fits into this category please
send a email containing why we should sponsor you to
sales@fusionvoice.com. First impressions count! Please include links to your website, your CAL-M+ Record and other relevant links. Please understand that sponsorships are limited, and often go to the best, most talented teams first.
Q: Does FusionVoice Offer help to charities?
A: FusionVoice is always looking to give back to the community.
If your charity needs a server for an event or any other need
please contact us at sales@fusionvoice.com and we will be more
than happy to lend a hand.
Q: How do I renew my Ventrilo Server?
A: All FusionVoice ventrilo servers run off paypal
subscriptions. We will automatically bill you every month until
you cancel the subscription. So the only thing you need to do is
enjoy your server, and not worry about when your billing date
is.
Q: My Ventrilo Server was taken offline due to nonpayment,
what should I do?
A: FusionVoice sends 3 emails at 2 day intervals to your paypal
email address for nonpayment. After 6 days of nonpayment your
server will be terminated. If you would like to continue service
please sign up again and you will receive a new server.
Q: How do I unban a user from my Ventrilo server?
A: Log into your server admin by right clicking on the server
name, choose "Server Admin" then select "Login". Then go to
"Chat" which is located on the right hand side of the Ventrilo
client under "Comment". Once you are in chat, type "/rcon
banlist". This will pull your servers ban list up so you can
view bans. Once you have found the ip you wish to unban do the
following "/rcon bandel <ip>" (Replace "i<IP>" with the IP of
the user you would like to unban).
On the next version of our control panel which will be released
shortly you will be able to ban and unban users via the web.
Q: How do I change my server password, admin password, server
name?
A: Log into your control panel by going to www.fusionvoice.com
and entering your username and password on the right hand side
of the page. Once Logged In, Click “Edit Server Information”
from their you will be able to edit all your server's
